We’re excited to share travel tips and hotel recommendations, along with a few of our favourite places in the area with you.

Flights

Travelling from the US

The most popular route to Sydney is via LA (with Delta, American and Qantas).

However, you can find cheaper flights through Canada, Auckland, SFO, Dallas, Hawaii and NZ!

Please Note

With the time changes you’ll be landing two days later -so for the wedding leave Wednesday latest! You’ll also need a tourist visa.

We recommend staying around Circular Quay for easy access to the city, key attractions, public transport and wedding festivities!

Four Seasons Circular Quay

AirBnb's

Some good neighbourhoods to stay in are the city CBD, Surry Hills and Kirribilli. If you want beachy vibes, try out Bondi or Manly but do note it’s less easy to get around from those locations!

MANLY

Get the ferry to Manly, and walk around to Shelly Beach for a swim and a snorkel. Grab lunch at the Shelly Boat Shed or Queen Chow.

BONDI TO BRONTE

Do the iconic loop from Bondi to Bronte Beach. Grab brunch or a drink in Bondi after - some good spots are the Icebergs deck, Sean's Bondi, Tottis, and Bills for brunch. If you're feeling like a longer walk, do Bondi to Coogee and grab a drink at Coogee Pavillion.

BRIDGECLIMB

For those feeling a little adventurous, climb the Harbour Bridge (need to book in advance!)

See all the native Australian wildlife (and get a selfie with a Koala), and check out the crazy harbour views.
